HSE3 Horse & Pony Paddock Mix

  • 1.5 kg Turf Type Perennial Ryegrass

  • 3.5 kg Intermediate Diploid Perennial Ryegrass

  • 2.0 kg Intermediate Tetraploid Perennial Ryegrass

  • 3.0 kg Late Tetraploid Perennial Ryegrass

  • 1.0 kg Timothy

  • 2.5 kg Strong Creeping Red Fescue

  • 0.5 kg Smooth-stalked Meadow-grass

  • 14kg per acre

​A mixture formulated to provide grazing for horses and ponies with intermittent rest from grazing to produce a hay crop. The mixture is designed to perform well with low inputs of nitrogen, but well timed applications before closing off for hay will produce the best results.

  • 50% Turf Type Perennial Ryegrass

  • 50% Strong Creeping Red Fescue

  • Sowing rate 25 – 50g per m2

An economical hard wearing mixture that will establish rapidly, Ideal for general purpose landscaping. Mowing height down to 15mm.

​

  • 40% Turf Type Perennial Ryegrass

  • 25% Strong Creeping Red Fescue

  • 20% Hard Fescue

  • 5% Tall Fescue

  • 5% Smooth-stalked Meadow-grass

  • 5% Highland Browntop Bent

  • Sowing rate 20 – 35g per m2

A mixture designed to produce a turf in variable growing situations for general use i.e. verges, landscaping.  To ensure a successful turf do not mow below 25mm and feed regularly.

Evergreen Lawn Seed

​

  • 30% Turf Type Perennial Ryegrass

  • 30% Strong Creeping Red Fescue

  • 25% Chewings Fescue

  • 10% Slender Creeping Red Fescue

  • 5% Highland Browntop Bent

  • Sowing rate 35 – 50g per m2

A quality mixture with good wear ability suitable for private gardens and local authority use.
Mowing height down to 10mm.

  • 30% Turf Perennial Ryegrass

  • 30% Turf Perennial Ryegrass

  • 30% Turf Perennial Ryegrass

  • 10% Smooth-stalked Meadow-Grass

  • Sowing rate 35 – 50g m2

A turf mixture designed to take heavy wear with rapid regrowth with smooth-stalked meadow- grass to aid winter regrowth and improve the sward density. Mowing down to 25mm.
